I would like to let you know what a wonderful time we had this past Monday. The food was delicious, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their evening. The wait staff was on top of things and were very gracious. Charlotte was there with her warm smile to provide stability and direction for a very busy night at the club.
The kitchen staff deserves kudos for managing to provide exceptional food for such a large crowd of people that filled the club that night. Over the past two days, I hosted two events at the Toledo Club: The Board Fair on Thursday and Leading for Toledo’s Future. Both events were simply flawless. Starting with the initial planning and scheduling meetings with Nancy to the professionalism of the staff on the night of each event, it was all we could have wanted and much, much more. Guests at both events, members of the planning committee and everyone in between piled complement after compliment on the Club and staff. I also have special appreciation for Nancy’s ability to address my last minute requests and menu changes with ease. She is really an asset on your team. On behalf of the committees for both the Board Fair and Leading for Toledo’s Future, please pass along our thanks and appreciation to the entire Toledo Club team for their help in the success of these two events. I wanted to pass along my sincere and heart-felt thanks for all the work you and your staff did to make our annual event “The PROM” a success.
This year we had a larger than normal group attend from our offices outside Toledo and their impression of the club, the food and the service was “over-the-top”. They drew comparisons to clubs in Tampa, Sarasota, Charlotte and Columbus and felt last night’s event was outstanding. I know (like you know) that feedback like this only comes when everyone works hard to make an event special. Your staff (lead by Nancy) as always, was on-top of every detail, helped to solve last minute requests and did it with enthusiasm.
