Sous Chef Mike Goodson

Sous Chef Mike Goodson started in kitchens as a teenager and fell in love with the craft.  He then decided to attend the Culinary Arts program at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor to perfect his techniques.  For the past 7 years he has been working on menus and satisfying members with his fresh and unique  approach to food.  His number one goal is member satisfaction and providing the highest quality of service.  He strives to give members what they want, but also to opening them up to different and unique cuisines.
