Executive Chef Sean Moran

I started in the food and restaurant industry as a young man, and worked my way up to an executive Chef over the years.  I have currently been in the city of Toledo for eight years.  I have maintained careers in the culinary industry for 26 years.  I enjoy developing new and creative ideas for every aspect of a restaurant, and for its business.  I am well experienced in creating menus, daily specials, and weekly specials.  I focus on teamwork, and providing a great work environment for the kitchen and business.  The qualities I possess are operating well while under pressure in a busy establishment.  Also maintaining neatness, and organizational work ethic.  I emphasize teamwork and communication, this makes for a good operating kitchen.
